| Nautilus is a program that lets you
have encrypted voice telephone conversations with your
friends without needing any special equipment. All you
need is a standard personal computer (386/25 or faster PC
with Soundblaster compatible sound board, or Sun
Sparcstation) and a high speed modem. Its speech quality
is reasonably good at 14.4kbps and acceptable at 9600 or
7200 bps. It currently won't work at any slower modem
speeds. However, 7200 bps is low enough to work fairly
reliably even over cellular telephones. Plain DOS executable. |

lowest level of a steganographic system, based on both
single and public key cryptography (compatible with PGP
keyrings). Two example using the library are included

inject/extract a file into a jpeg image, and WavPsteg,
which permits to inject/extract a file into a sound wave

to four encrypted partitions on your hard drive(s).
Encrypted partitions and disks become fully accessible
when the TSR is loaded and the proper passphrase entered
(and/or Keyfile used). Encryption is performed at the
sector level and is completely transparent to the

except the boot sector is encrypted. Disks and partitions
can be decrypted and returned to normal at any time.

| BestCrypt NP software supports
encrypted logical disks for Windows 95 computers and
works with all kinds of media, including
network-accessible disks. How does BestCrypt NP work? BestCrypt NP creates a pre-encrypted file called a container. This container is created by an encryption algorithm (Blowfish, GOST28147-89 or DES) using the key generated from the user password. In addition, BestCrypt NP creates a logical disk. The container is linked to a logical disk, and the disk is opened for access using the unique container password. All data stored in the logical disk are stored in the container in an encrypted form and transparently accessible for an authorized person. |
