NATIONAL FEDERATION BOARD
National Assembly :
Costituted by: all Presidents of Lila locals agency (or a permanent representative appointed by delegate local President), the National Co-ordination and the National President. National Assembly is summoned three times a years. N.A. makes decisions on strategy, political lines, concerning national Federation issues.
National Co-ordinations:
constituted by: 6 or 8 persons (elected by National Assembly), the President and some substitute. National Co-ordination meetings are held once month. N.C. accomplishes the National Assembly political decisions.
National President:
he represent the synthesis between National Federation managerial and political levels. He is the political responsible of National Federation and of every local Agency. He represent LILA abroad.
Management Commitee:
executive board of National Co-ordination decisions. It support the President in his daily work. It is contituted by: the Executive Director, the Staff and the Administrator.
Conventions:
open sessions, in which LILA operators and volunteers works on: cultural, socials, scientific and political AIDS issues.
Staff Co-ordinator:
she co-ordinates the Staff, the services area, and relations between each local Agency and the Staff. It is a professional and managerial figure. She is a National Co-ordination member.
