Cloning before the flowering period can be a way of continuing to grow your chosen strain. To obtain the clones you must take a small cutting from the plant using scissors or a sharp knife ,cutting diagonally across the stem. The cutting should then be left in a glass of water in a dark place for 24 hours. The clone is now ready to be put in soil under neon lights at 18 hours per day and sprayed with water 3 times a day during the 3 weeks it takes for the new plant to take root, thus obtaining a plant genetically identical to the original.
