Ieri mattina, sabato 17 gennaio, e’ avvenuta una nuova perquisizione dei Carabinieri del ROS di Roma, nell’ambito del processo Marini; attorno alle ore 7 un nucleo dei ROS e’ tornato per l’ennesima volta nell’abitazione di un anarchico gia’ sotto processo (ricordiamo che il processo Marini, a carico di una sessantina di anarchici accusati di far parte di una banda armata e’ ripreso il 12 cm e continuera’ il 26 cm) nonche’ redattore di Radio Black Out, occupante di El Paso e coordinatore del Comitato Difesa Anarchici.
Il suddetto e’ stato inquisito, assieme ad altri due redattori della radio, per gli articoli 476, 482 e 468 cp, cioe’ falsita’ materiale in atto pubblico e contraffazione di pubblici sigilli. Si legge nell’ordinanza
"...perche’ in concorso con ....... al fine di procurare a se stesso ed alle persone con lui coimputate nel procedimento citato [il processo Marini] formava un atto falso avente quale oggetto Nota informativa di servizio ad uso interno relativa ad una possibile attivita’ investigativa da esperire sul conto dell’eversione anarchica..."
La perquisizione ha portato al sequestro di un computer e della stampante, di due copie dell’opuscolo "Il Ros e’ nudo", di alcuni fogli di carta e poco altro.
La storia e’ nota: nel luglio ‘97 arrivo’ un plico anonimo alla sede dell’emittente torinese Radio Black Out contenente il famoso documento dei ROS datato dicembre ‘94 che descriveva il metodo per incastrare un vasto giro di anarchici cosiddetti insurrezionalisti ritenuti particolarmente pericolosi e sul conto dei quali mai si era potuta trovare prova per una definitiva e collettiva condanna; nel documento, presentato agli organi di informazione subito dopo l’obbligatoria denuncia ai competenti organi di polizia, si descriveva anche il possibile utilizzo di una falsa pentita che ‘confessasse’ alcuni tra i reati piu’ pesanti, cosa poi realmente avvenuta. Neanche un mese dopo l’arrivo e la presentazione di questo documento esplosivo (che causo’ non poco clamore non solo nei media ma soprattutto in aula durante le fasi finali dell’udienza preliminare del processo Marini), i ROS irruppero nei locali della radio con un mandato di perquisizione e sequestrarono il computer e la stampante; inoltre avevano due mandati di perquisizione relativi ai due redattori di turno che avevano -come prescrive la legge- consegnato il documento alla Digos prima di farne legittimo uso.
Evidente: i Carabinieri del ROS che indagano su se stessi non possono ammettere che questo documento sia veritiero. Infatti hanno stabilito non che sia falso MA CHE SIANO FALSI I TIMBRI E LE FIRME. Un po’ di pudore ce l’hanno anche loro se non riescono neanche a negare la verita’ descritta nel documento, e cioe’ che questo infame processo sia stato costruito apposta per incastrare degli anarchici con prove costruite a tavolino.
E quindi qualcuno devono indagare pure per dimostrare che questo documento e’ falso. Chi meglio di uno di quelli indagati, noto anarchico, per di piu’ redattore della radio e addirittura coordinatore di quel comitato che da anni segue tutte le vicende processuali degli anarchici e fa circolare ogni notizia? E se costui, dopo avere ideato questo brillante documento dopo aver letto 80mila pagine dell’inchiesta e esserselo spedito da solo nella ‘propria’ radio avesse dovuto usare un computer, quale sara’ stato? Ma quello della radio stessa o di casa sua, evidente!
Per quanto riguarda i complici potevano avere un po’ piu’ di fantasia. Il fatto che questi due fossero di turno in radio quella mattina in cui arrivo’ la busta e che toccasse quindi a loro recapitarla alla Digos e’ meno che insignificante. Ma si sa, i Carabinieri quando sono alle strette difettano di fantasia.
E quindi adesso il famigerato anarchico e i suoi due complici che non si sono mai fatti i fatti loro sono indagati e verranno interrogati domattina (lunedi’ 19 gennaio) a mezzogiorno dai ROS romani nella caserma torinese di Via Valfre’.
La smetteranno stavolta di ficcare il naso dove non devono?

Gestern morgen, am Samstag den 17.1.1998, fand eine erneute Hausdurchsuchung der ROS (=SEK) aus Rom im Rahmen des Prozesses "Marini" statt; um die 7 Uhr morgens hat eine Einheit der ROS zum wiederholten Male die Wohnung eines angeklagten Anarchisten durchsucht (wir erinnern daran, daß der Prozeß "Marini" gegen 68 AnarchistInnen, die angeklagt sind eine "bewaffnete Bande" gebildet zu haben, am 12.1. weiterging und der nächste Prozeßtermin der 26.2. ist), der ebenfalls Redakteur von Radio Black Out ist, Besetzer des El Paso (besetztes anarchistisches Zentrum in Turin - A.d.Ü.) und Koordinateur des Verteidigungskomitees der AnarchistInnen. Der oben genannte ist gemeinsam mit zwei anderen Redakteuren des Radiosenders aufgrund der §§ 476, 482 und 468 des italienischen Strafgesetzbuches verhaftet worden, sprich öffentliche Fälschung von Material und Fälschung von öffentlichen Siegeln (Stempeln). Im Haftbefehl steht:
"[...] weil er in Mittäterschaft mit [...] mit dem Ziel, sich selbst und seinen im genannten Verfahren (dem Prozeß "Marini") Mitangeklagten eine gefälschte Akte zu verschaffen, mit dem Inhalt der Informativen Note zum internen Gebrauch bezüglich einer möglichen Ermittlugstätigkeit gegen die anarchistische Subversion, die getestet werden könnte [...]"
Die Hausdurchsuchung hat zur Beschlagnahmung eines Computers mit Drucker, zwei Kopien der Broschüre "Die ROS sind entblößt" (können als deutsche Übersetzung über das Solikomitee bezogen werden - A.d.Ü.), einiger Papierblätter und wenig anderem geführt.
Die Geschichte ist bekannt: Im Juli '97 erhielt der Sender Radio Black Out einen anonymen Umschlag, der das bekannte Dokument der ROS - datiert auf Dez. '94 - enthielt, in dem beschrieben war, nach welcher Vorgehensweise eine große Anzahl sogenannter aufständischer AnarchistInnen eingeknastet werden könnte, die für besonders gefährlich gehalten werden und gegen die es niemals ausreichende Beweise für eine definitive und kollektive Verurteilung gegeben habe; In dem Dokument, daß den Medien sofort nach der obligatorischen Anzeige bei den zusatändigen Polizeibehörden präsentiert wurde, wurde ebenfalls der mögliche Einsatz einer falschen "pentita" (- Reuhige Kronzeugin - A.d.Ü.) beschrieben, die einige der schwersten Straftaten "aussagen" könnte, was ja auch tatsächlich geschah. Keinen Monat nach der Ankunft dieses explosiven Dokumentes (das nicht nur die Medien in Aufruhr versetzte sondern auch den Gerichtssaal wären den letzten Vorverhandlungsterminen des Prozesses "Marini") stürmten die ROS die Örtlichkeiten des Radiosenders mit einem Durchsuchungsbefehl und beschlagnahmten den Computer mitsamt Drucker; darüber hinaus hatten sie zwei Hausdurchsuchungsbefehle gegen die beiden Redakteure, die - wie es das Gesetzt vorschreibt - das Dokument der Digos (Politische Polizei - A.d.Ü.) ausgehändigt hatten, bevor sie es veröffentlicht haben.
Augenscheinlich: Die Carabinieri (Militärpolizei mit weiten Befugnissen, ähnlich BGS - A.d.Ü.) der ROS, die über sich selbst ermitteln, können nicht zugeben das dieses Dokument echt ist. Sie haben wahrhaftig festgestellt, das nicht das Dokument falsch ist SONDERN DIE STEMPEL UND DIE UNTERSCHRIFTEN. Ein wenig Schamgefühl haben sie ja, wenn sie nicht einmal die im Dokument beschriebene Wahrheit leugnen können, sprich also daß dieser unsägliche Prozeß mutwillig konstruiert wurde, um AnarchistInnen mit am Tisch konstruierten Beweisen einzuknasten.
Daher müssen sie gegen jemanden ermitteln, um zu zeigen daß dieses Dokument gefälscht ist. Und wer ist da besser für geeignet, als einer derjenigen gegen die bereits ermittelt wird, ein bekannter Anarchist, dazu auch noch Redakteur des Radiosenders und Koordinateur des Komitees, das seit Jahren alle Gerichtsfälle gegen AnarchistInnen verfolgt und jede Nachricht darüber verbreitet? Und wenn dieser, der dieses brillante Dokument erfunden hat nachdem er 80.000 Seiten an Akten zum Prozeß gelesen hat und anschließend das Dokument an das eigene Radio geschickt hat, dafür einen Computer benötigt hat, welcher wird es gewesen sein? Natürlich der des Radiosenders oder der von ihm zu hause, na klar!
Was die beiden Komplizen betrifft, da hätten sie ruhig etwas mehr Phantasie an den Tag legen können. Die Tatsache, daß die beiden an dem Morgen im Sender Dienst hatten, als der Umschlag mit dem Dokument kam, und daß sie also dran waren zu den Digos zu gehen ist mehr als bedeutungslos. Aber das ist bekannt, wenn die Carabinieri in die Enge getrieben werden, dann versagt bei ihnen die Phantasie.
Folglich wird jetzt gegen den berüchtigten Anarchisten und seine zwei Komplizen, die sich lieber um ihre eigenen Angelegenheiten hätten kümmern sollen, ermittelt und sie wurden am Montag (19.1.) zur mittagszeit von den ROS aus Rom verhört, in der turiner Kaserne in Via Valfre'.
Werden sie dieses mal damit aufhören, ihre Nase in Angelegenheiten zu stecken, die sie nichts angehen?
Die Lebenden werden es erfahren.
Anarchists from Radio Blackout in Torino, Italy mysteriously received documents last July implicating the special investigation unit of the police (secret services) of developing a plan to neutralize "insurrectional" anarchist activity by framing them up for various crimes and creating a general scenario for repression. (All this has, incidently, come to pass as 56 anarchists have found themselves in the trap set up for them by the state.) The image-control strategy of the pigs; better than even denying it is to accuse the anarchists of printing these documents themselves. What better excuse to carry out more raids and seizures against the already besieged radio rebels.
On the afternoon of Saturday, January 17, a new search was carried out by the Caribinieri of the Roman ROS (special investigative unit), in the midst of the Marini trial (Marini is the Judge Sabo of Italy. Read:BAD GUY.); at about 7AM a ROS team came yet again around to the house of one of the anarchists on trial in the Marini circus who is an activist @ Radio Blackout, lives in El Paso amd is a coordinator of the CDA (Commitee to Defend Anarchists). He was investigated, along with two other people from Radio Blackout under articles 476, 482 and 468 for publically using false material and falsifying printed material (forgery). A computer, printer, diskettes and printed matter were confiscated in the search.
In July 97 an anonymous letter was sent to Radio Blackout which contained the infamous ROS document of December 94 describing the methods of dealing with the so-called "insurrectionalists" who are considered particularly dangerous. The document was presented to the police authorities and the media. It mentioned using a fake "repenter" who would "confess", implicating others - something which has in fact happened.
Less than a month after this document arrived (which caused lots of noise not only in the media but especially in the court during the final stages of the preliminary hearings of the Marini trial), the ROS raided some of the radio's locations with a search warrant and confiscated the computer and printer.
(Apparently, by their rationalization, the stuff they took then was not the right stuff, so they'd better have a look at the new computer - just in case it was an old computer put into hiding after the criminal deed.)
Evidently the Caribinieri don't want to admit that this is an authentic document. They say that the stamps and signatures are fakes but they don't even try to deny the information therein. The latest victims in Torino were interrogated on the 19.
Now anarchist friends (and foes), don't forget that if we do not make some big noise about this shit ourselves, we are not only doing an injustice to this case but we are just setting ourselves up for the "no one left" scenario. When Sacco and Vanzetti were persecuted, the noise made by anarchists sounded around the world. With Mumia Abu Jamal a lot of us did much campaigning and drew a lot of attention to his case. Now, these people were threatened with death, true, but it shouldn't have to come to that; jailing anarchists left and right may bring the death of movement, at least some parts of it in some places. I see our friend Mumia on a lot of web pages, calls for his freedom at the end of a lot of your letters, but I don't see equal concern about this repression. The scope of the thing is tremendous and the implication is that anarchists can be successfully framed; this is what is happening in more and more European countries now. Solidarity is essential; we cannot let the police think that they can act with impugnity with no reaction.
